If a winning result is verified by Clear Choice Services as legitimate and in full compliance with all promotion rules, Clear Choice Services will honor the prize and award one (1) month of cleaning services as stated. We are committed to fairness and integrity, and all valid wins will be fulfilled accordingly.

• To prevent abuse of our services, you must be in an active service agreement with us or enter into one before receiving the win of a free one (1) month of cleaning.

• Any on-screen result indicating a win is preliminary only and is subject to final verification by Clear Choice Services through its backend systems and records. A participant will not be deemed an official winner unless and until the claimed result is reviewed and confirmed by Clear Choice Services.

• All displayed winning results are considered “potential wins” and are not final until validated.

• Clear Choice Services reserves the right to validate all winning attempts using server-side logs, timestamps, session data, form submissions, device and browser information/user agent, IP-related records, and other reasonably necessary technical evidence to help confirm that the play was legitimate and not affected by error, automation, interception, exploitation, unauthorized scripting, packet manipulation, browser developer tools, spoofing, tampering, or any other unfair method.

• Wins originating from VPN IP addresses, to include iCloud Private Relay, will not be honored. If we determine that an IP address is associated with a proxy or similar service, the win will be voided. LTE/mobile IP addresses are permitted, provided they are not used to exceed the limit of three plays per 24 hours; however, such activity may be subject to review.
  

• Our goal is not to prevent legitimate wins—we genuinely want participants to succeed/win. The game is designed to be challenging—we admit—however, all genuine wins will be honored. As this promotion represents a significant investment in labor and revenue, we reserve the right to review and verify all wins to ensure they are sincere and comply with these terms.

• Any attempt to alter, bypass, simulate, intercept, reverse engineer, interfere with, or manipulate the promotion, website, timer logic, communications, submissions, or validation process may result in disqualification, voiding of the claimed result, and denial of any prize at the sole discretion of Clear Choice Services.

• If there is any discrepancy between what appears on a participant’s screen and the data recorded by Clear Choice Services’ backend systems, server-side records will control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Clear Choice Services reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, require reasonable identity and eligibility verification, and withhold or deny any prize claim where fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of the promotion rules is suspected.

• No purchase or payment is required to participate or win.

• Participation is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older and located within the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless otherwise stated. Void where prohibited.

• Clear Choice Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time to ensure fairness, integrity, and proper operation.
